Starting on Nov. 1 and continuing through Dec. 19, 1999, visitors to the lovable dino’s newly enhanced Web site will have the chance to enter Lyrick(TM) Studios“ spectacular sweepstakes, which celebrates the release of “Barney’s Night Before
Christmas,” an interactive DVD for preschoolers.

Over a seven-week period, Lyrick will award a Santa’s sleigh’s worth of cutting-edge DVD hardware and software products (total value: approximately $50,000), including the following dino-mite(TM) prizes: — Grand Prize: a Panasonic laptop computer with DVD-ROM drive, a

Panasonic DVD player and two Barney DVDs: “Barney Let’s Play

School!” and “Barney’s Night Before Christmas” (estimated value:

$2,500) — 1st Prize: a Panasonic laptop computer (one per week awarded for

seven weeks; estimated value, $2,000 each) — 2nd Prize: a Panasonic DVD player (one per day awarded for 49
