Universal Home Video just announced that new, repackaged versions of their first batch of releases will now be repackaged to their standard Amaray line.
When first released in 1997, Babe, Backdraft, Beethoven, The Paper, The River Wild, The Shadow, Sudden Death and Waterworld had been released in jewelcases only but their line was switched to the more durable and presentable Amaray cases soon after. On January 5, 1999 all these titles will now be re-released to match Universal’s Amaray line look.
