Still No Country

In a surprising announcement, Disney has announced a re-release of the Coen Brother’s epic No Country for Old Men on Blu-ray.

The video will likely remain the same, but the 24 bit PCM soundtrack is being replaced with a 24-bit 5.1 DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. The sparse extras of the original (making of, Coen’s featurette and Diary of a Country Sheriff) will be included, but will be accompanied by video of an in-stor appearance with Javier Bardem and Josh Brolin, several Q&A sessions, interviews from EW.com, WGAW, WNVC, IKLIPZ, Channel 4 and Charlie Rose, Brolin’s behind the scenes footage, and a “popcorn” video.

An interesting release that is adding more interview footage than most discs. The set will arrive on April 7th.
