Showtime is getting ready to release both rated and unrated versions of the film Rated X to DVD this February.

Emilio Estevez stars in and directs his brother Charlie Sheen in this daring film about the early days of American pornography. Estevez and Sheen portray the Mitchell Brothers, known as the original San Francisco sex entrepreneurs.

The movie will come in two separate versions: rated and unrated. So, essentially, we have the unrated ‘Rated X’, and the rated ‘Rated X’.

Showtime will present the film in its original full frame aspect ratio, with a Dolby ProLogic Surround soundtrack. No extras have been announced yet.

‘Rated X’ will achieve market penetration on January 6th. It will have a suggested retail price of $24.98.
