Warner sends “The Nun” your way
Warner Brothers Home Entertainment has just unveiled details about New Line Cinema’s upcoming release of the slow-burning, gothic thriller The Nun, scheduling a Blu-Ray Combo for release in December.
When a young nun at a cloistered abbey in Romania takes her own life, a priest with a haunted past and a novitiate on the threshold of her final vows are sent by the Vatican to investigate. Together they uncover the order’s unholy secret. Risking not only their lives but their faith and their very souls, they confront a malevolent force in the form of the same demonic nun that first terrorized audiences in “The Conjuring 2,” as the abbey becomes a horrific battleground between the living and the damned.
Along with the feature film itself, the release will also contain over 10 minutes of Deleted Scenes, along with a number of short Featurettes, such as “A New Horror Icon,” “Gruesome Planet” and “The Conjuring Chronology”.
Your prayers will be heard on December 4 when The Nun arrives as a Blu-Ray Combo for $35.99 and as a stand-along DVD for $28.98.
