The sequel to the Kubrick film 2001 met with mixed reviews. Now 2010: The Year We Made Contact is coming to Blu-ray from Warner.

One of the last films to rely heavily on pre-cgi visual effects, 2010 will likely be a treat in 1080p. No features are known, and the existing DVD is as barebones as you can get. But hopefully a few nice features will come with the disc when it arrives on April 7th.
