Although currently on Blu-ray, Warner is re-releasing The Polar Express later this year in 3-D.

The film will be presented in 3-D and will be packaged with four sets of 3-D glasses. A 2-D version of the film will also be present. Extras on the new disc will mirror the existing release includeing a deleted song, several featurettes, motion capture sessions and a theatrical trailer.

The disc arrives on October 28th.
