Volumes One and Two of Heroes is coming to Blu-ray in August and the specs are starting to arrive.

All the episodes will be presented in 1080p along with a DTS-HD Master Audio soundtrack. The games from the HD-DVD set of season one have been removed, but all other features remain intact.

Season one contains artwork as featured in the show, the original alternate premiere episode with an audio commentary by Tim Kring, BD-Live features, featurettes on the making of, special effects, stunt, Tim Kring and the score as well as deletes scenes. Many episodes also contain Picture in picture commentaries as originally seen on the website.

Season two has many deleted scenes as well as something called my scenes, bios, PIP commentaries, Hero Connections, , <feaaturettes, and an alternate ending for the season (as it was originally only meant to be the mid-season break) and a discussion of said ending. NBC.com featurettes are also included.

Both sets arrive on August 26th.
