20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release the stirring psychodrama Resurrecting the Champ to DVD this February.

“Resurrecting the Champ” is a challenging story about fathers, sons, responsibility, and redemption. When a struggling sports writer (Josh Hartnett) stumbles across a homeless man (Samuel L. Jackson) who happens to be a boxing legend that everyone believed was dead, he blurs the line between decency and greed to bring the man back to the public eye. But what begins as a career opportunity quickly becomes a chance for the reporter to examine his own life and family relationships.

The DVD is set to include a Making Of Featurette and a series of Cast and Crew Interviews.

“Resurrecting the Champ” will hit store shelves January 20 for $27.98.
