We have just received information about the DVD release of a film I know many of you have been looking forward to for quite a while. Columbia Tristar Home Video has set The Seventh Voyage Of Sinbad for release on November 30!

This 1958 fantasy classic, directed by Nathan Juran, contains some of Ray Harryhausen’s most sophisticated stop-motion work and is still considered the cornerstone of his career, and as such it is great to see that the disc will actually contain a supplement called “The Ray Harryhausen Chronicles”. A featurette called “This Is Dynamation” as well as the documentary “Look Behind The Voyage” will be included on this exciting disc.
