Universal has just made some additional details on their upcoming release of the classic The Mummy starring Boris Karloff and Zita Johann available to us, as first unveiled on these pages. Finding its way to retailers across the nation on September 28, The Mummy will feature a 2.0 channel Dolby Digital mon soundtrack and an audio commentary by film historian Paul Jensen. Apart from Production Notes and Cast & Crew biographeis the disc will also contain a documentary by filmmaker and writer David J. Skal, called “Mummy Dearest: A Horror Tradition Unearthed”. Coming on a single layer disc with English subtitles, the disc will carry a suggested retail price of $29.98.
