DVD Express just announced that former Blockbuster
Vice President of Financial Operations Andy Crist has joined the company as its chief financial officer/chief operating officer, a new position specifically created for him.

Crist brings 20 years’ experience in domestic and international finance to DVD Express. As the company’s new CFO/COO he will be managing all of its
financial activities, developing and implementing company-wide operating systems to enhance profitability and efficiency, as well as supervising supply and
distribution arrangements, corporate administration, strategic planning and business development and report directly to Michael Dubelko, president of DVD Express.

world-class CFO,” said Dubelko. “We are looking forward to Andy’s recommendations for growth areas inside and outside the company and his hands-on
