Anchor Bay are currently putting the final touches to the release of Werner Herzog’s atmospheric and stunning vampire film “Nosferatu The Vampyre”. Starring Klaus Kinski and Isabelle Adjani, this high caliber German production is one of the most sought after vampire films, and is finally making it to DVD on February 16 through Anchor Bay’s very special edition. The disc will include the full-length English language version of the film as well as the 107 minute German original cut with optional English subtitles in its original 1.85:1 widescreen aspect ratio and a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack.

The disc will further contain a number of extras like US and Spanish trailers, a “behind-the-scenes” featurette and a brand new commentary track by director Werner Herzog.
