We have received endless numbers of emails following our earlier depiction of
what was supposedly the cover for the Titanic DVD. Many of you have been kind
enough to write us and tells us that this cover is in fact the inlay used
for a bootlegged version of the film from China.

A number of elements give it away, such as the incorrect aspect ratio, the way
the inlay is designed, numerous typos and others.
Obviously The Digital Bits, another DVD
related website, had covered the issue earlier and pointed out the
obvious errors in the inlay. We had not paid close attention to these
details when we received the cover, but we will in the future when we obtain
information from third parties. Thanks again for all the constructive email you
