Once again we have been able to catch an early glimpse at one of the most anticipated releases coming to DVD. On the left you can see the cover of the upcoming “Gone With The Wind” DVD, which will be released by MGM Home Entertainment on October 27 in a completely new, restored version. After a successful re-release in theaters earlier this year, the film will now find its way to DVD in a completely restored and remastered version. MGM Home Entertainment had announced earlier this year that they are anticipating to release more of their classic titles on DVD and this release of the restored and remastered version of “Gone With The Wind” is definitely a step in the right direction. We will keep you posted about other information about this release as it becomes available.
