After an announcement some months back that The Criterion Collection was coming to Blu-ray in October, the company has been relatively mum, but now we are getting word that the titles have been pushed back slightly, but will come with some great extras.

The Third Man will come in Academy Ratio with uncompressed mono with a video introduction by Peter Bogdanovich, two aucio commentaries, the documentary Shadowing “The Third Man”, an abridged recording of Graham Greene’s treatment, a 2000 documentary Who Was The Third Man?, a radio episode of The Lives of Harry Lime, an illustrated history, the alternate voiceover opening, archival footage of postwar Vienna, a look at the untranslated foreign dialogue and a booklet.

The Man Who Fell to Earth will include an audio commentary with Nicolas Roeg, David Bowie and Buck Henry, video interviews, audio interviews, still galleries, trailers and a booklet.

The Last Emperor comes in DTS-HD and will feature an aucio commentary, the film The Italian Traveler, video images, the documentaries from the existing DVD release, interviews, a trailers and a booklet.

Chungking Express has a Dolby Digital 5.1 track with audio commentary a U.S. trailer, new subtitles and a booklet.

Bottle Rocket also carries a Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtrack and will include commentary with Wes Anderson and Owen Wilson, the documentary The Making of Bottle Rocket, the original 13 minute short version of Bottle Rocket, deleted sceens, screen tests, storyboards, location photos, behind the scenes photos, the 1978 short film Murita Cycles, The Shafrazi Lectures, no. 1: Bottle Rocket and a booklet.

The Third Man and The Man Who Fell to Earth both arrive on November 18th, the other titles will arrive one week later.
