Digital Leisure has announced a Blu-ray and an HD-DVD version of the 1980’s laserdisc game Space Ace. The less well known cousin of Dragon’s Lair will be enhanced for HDTV.
Both versions come in their original 1:33 ratio and in new 1080p widescreen transfers in Dolby Digital 5.1. The disc will also include interviews and an option to simply watch the movie. The HD-DVD version will also offer the chance to play against live opponents.

Look for both versions on April 8th.
