Alvin! Chipmunks movie removes 2 disc DVD

After the announcement from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment that Alvin and the Chipmunks would be arriving as a special edition DVD, a single disc DVD and a Blu-ray, we’ve gotten word that Sony has canceled the 2-disc DVD version.

The single disc DVD and Blu-ray versions are both still set for an April 1st release.
