Warner Home Video is revisiting the films of Sam Peckinpah with several titles new to DVD and a new 2-disc special edition of The Wild Bunch.
Although the 1994 restoration was beautiful, the film is presented in a newly remasterd anamorphic print along with an audio commentary by Peckinpah biographers/documentarians Nick Redman, Paul Seydor, Garner Simmons and David Weddle a Peckinpah trailer gallery, outtakes, additional scenes and the three documentaries Sam Peckinpah’s West: Legacy of a Hollywood Renegade, 1996 Oscar Nominee The Wild Bunch: An Album in Montage and A Simple Adventure Story: Sam Peckinpah, Mexico and the Wild Bunch.

The set is due in stores on January 10th along with new DVDs of Pat Garrett and Billy The Kid, The Ballad of Cable Hogue and Ride The High Country.
