The specs have been announced for the upcoming second season of Star Trek coming from Paramount Home Entertainment later this fall.

The set will contain the 27 episodes from the 1967-68 year and will contain the featurettes “Kirk, Spock, and Bones: STAR TREK’s Great Trio”, “Life Beyond TREK: Leonard Nimoy”, “To Boldly Go…: Season Two”, “Designing the Final Frontier”, “STAR TREK’s Divine Diva: Nichelle Nichols”, “Writer’s Notebook: D.C. Fontana” and “Red Shirt Logs”. No text commentaries seem to have made it onto this set. The now standard Best Buy bonus disc will also include “Star Trek Favorite Moments” with interviews from fans, creators and actors from all five series.

The set will carry a price tag of $129.99 and is due for a November 2nd release date.
