New Line Home Entertainment will add to its Infinifilm library later this year with the Christmas comedy Elf.

Buddy never understood why he never cut it as one of Santa’s elves, until his father broke the truth: he wasn’t an elf at all. Buddy made the decision to find his human father in New York City, but as Santa warns him, the Big Apple is not The North Pole.

The disc will be available in anamorphic widescreen with audio in both Dolby Digital 5.1 and DTS. Two audio commentaries are included, one with director Jon Favreau and one with star Will Ferrell. A text commentary is also included along with nine featurettes, deleted scenes, access to the film based on soundtrack entries, trailers and DVD-ROM content.

The disc will not be in stores until November 16th, but at least that is plenty of time to pick it up for the holidays.
