The forth season of the evil busting Buffy The Vampire Slayer: The Complete Forth Season is coming to DVD as a nicely packed if slightly controversial set from Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment.

The 1999-2000 season will be presented in its entirety with all 22 episodes spread over six discs. Each episode will be presented in Dolby Surround 2.0 and in the fullscreen ratio, which although presented widescreen in Europe is the intended ratio of the show’s creators. Extras on the set include audio commentaries on the episodes “The Initiative, ” “Wild at Heart, ” “Hush,” “This Year’s Girl,” “Superstar,” “Primeval,” and “Restless”, the scripts for the episodes “Fear Itself,” “Hush” and “Who Are You?” and the featurettes “Spike,” “Oz Revelations: A Full Moon,” “Inside the Sets of Sunnydale” and “Season 4 Overview,”. Photo galleries will also be included.

Buffy will show up on DVD on June 10th and will carry a suggested retail price of $59.95.
