John Miles in Concert on DVD
Independent labels Music Video Distributors and In-Akustik are preparing a special DVD of the music of John Miles in Concert. The concert disc will feature the concert performed in Germany in October of 1993.
Best remembered for the rock ballad “Music, ” singer John Miles was born April 23, 1949 in Jarrow, England. His first musical venture of note was the Influences, which also launched the careers of Roxy Music drummer Paul Thompson and Geordie guitarist Vic Malcolm; following the group’s breakup, he formed the John Miles Band, relocating to London in 1975 and soon landing a deal with Decca.
Presented in Dolby Digital 5.1, songs on the concert disc include Can’t Get Through, Body Of My Brunette, Chains And Wild Horses, One More Day, It’s Not Over Yet, Everything’s Okay, Oh How the Years Go By, , It’s Such A Mystery and What Goes Around.
Arriving on November 5th, the concert DVD will have a suggested retail price of $19.95.
