Two new announcements came in from Warner Brothers Home Video today, season four of the brash British sitcom Absolutely Fabulous and the classic comedy Designing Woman – both set for a February DVD release.

Edina and Patsy are back in the fourth and currently final series of the sporadic series “Absolutely Fabulous”. The final six episodes of the series as well as several specials are included in this special edition.

Presented in fullscreen, the episodes will feature an audio commentary by writer and star Jennifer Saunders and producer Jon Plowman. Also included is the “Mirror Ball” special, outtakes and a “Who’s Who” guide to the series.

An unpolished sportswriter and a sophisticated clothing designer meet and marry while visiting Southern California and try to work things out back in New York in “Designing Woman”. Together they learn that marriage isn’t always the best option with someone you’ve only just met.

“Designing Woman” is presented in its original widescreen aspect ratio with an anamorphic transfer. The DVD will feature director’s film highlights, a vintage publicity interview with costume designer Helen Rose and a theatrical trailer.

Both coming on February 2nd, “Absolutely Fabulous: Series Four” and “Designing Woman” will be priced at $34.98 and $19.98 respectively.
