MGM Home Entertainment has just informed us that there is obviously a problem with two of the discs from the new James Bond Collection 3. Similar in nature to the previous problem the studio had with their release of “This Is Spinal Tap” and “The Delta Force, ” the burned-in subtitles for Octopussy and The Living Daylights are missing from their new DVD counterparts.

MGM Home Entertainment is not planning an official recall as they did for the Spinal Tap disc but instead offer consumers to have the disc replaced directly through MGM Home Entertainment. If you have already bought the Collection and wish to have your disc replaced, please call MGM’s Customer Service department at 1-877-MGM-4YOU where they will tell you the details about the procedure.
