Universal’s animated film 9 (not to be confused with District 9 or Nine also coming out around the same time) will be getting a DVD and Blu-ray release just after Christmas.

The discs come with audio commentary, the featurettes 9 – The Long and Short of It, On Tour with Shane Acker, The Look of 9 and Acting Out as well as the original short which lead to the film. Blu-ray owners will also get U-Control.

Look for the film to arrive on December 29th.
