MTI Home Video will release the internationally acclaimed drama 48 Angels on DVD this December.

Seamus is a 9-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with a serious illness. In search of a miracle, he sets off to find God before God comes for him. Inspired by Saint Columcille, Seamus sets out in a small boat without oars or a sail – for God to guide him. On his quest he encounters James and Darry. Despite initial conflict, the three unlikely companions stay together and enter upon a journey that results in the healing of hearts and minds.

The DVD will feature an anamorphic widescreen transfer of the movie, complete with 5.1 channel Dolby Digital audio. In addition, it will also include the movie’s Trailer.

“48 Angels” will be available on December 11 for $24.95.
