Last year, several fans of the television series M*A*S*H were dissappointed with the complete series box set; not because of its lack of quality or extras – quite the contrary. Those who had collected the season sets were saddened to learn that the complete series set came with quite a few extras exclusive to that set. Now Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment is making amends with a new DVD special containing the final episode of the show along with the supplements in Goodbye, Farewell, Amen.

The set will include the final episode along with the featurettes M*A*S*H: Television’s Serious Sit-Com, My Favorite M*A*S*H Last Day of Filming, Jocularity, Fan Base and M*A*S*H: 30th Anniversary Reunion, bloopers, interviews, PSAs, episode promos, a game, an unproduced script and a stills gallery.

Quite a nice set, it arrives on May 28th for $29.98, and to all M*A*S*H news we bid a sad goodbye.
