Anchor Bay continues to commit to treating cult classics with the highest respect. This March, they will be releasing a 2 disc limited edition of The Re-Animator all spruced up.

The new release has a remastered anamorphic widescreen transfer approved by the director and audio available in Dolby Digital and DTS sound. Two audio commentaries are available; the first with director Stuart Gordon and the second with Brian Yuzna, Bruce Abbott, Jeffrey Combs, Barbara Crampton and Robert Sampson, a 70 minute featurette Re-Animator Resurrectus, a music discussion with composer Richard Band, deleted and extended scenes, a theatrical trailer, TV spots, production stills, advertising a Stuart Gordon bio and DVD-ROM content. Additionally, 50,000 copies will come with a syringe shaped highlighter pen.

The title will be the flagship of the new Anchor Bay Collection when it arrives on March 20th. The suggested retail price will be $24.98.
