The War film that came out on the heels of September 11th is coming back as a new extended cut from Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Ridley Scott’s Black Hawk Down will be released with eight minutes of additional footage included in the film which is receiving a digital cleanup for the release.

In addition to the film, the PBS special “Frontline: Ambush in Mogadishu” with an interactive map and timeline are also included in the set.

Arriving on June 6th for Father’s Day, the DVD is priced at $19.94.
