Dr. Who: Lost In Time

On their 2-disc DVD set of “Dr Who: Lost In Time” BBC Home Entertainment has yet again added a hidden feature also.

Insert the first disc of the set, featuring the films of William Hartnell, and wait for the animated rings to stop moving around his portrait on the Main Menu. Now, press the “Up” arrow key on your remote control to highlight the “Dr Who” logo at the top of the screen. Press the “Enter” key now and you will see a Television Station cue for “The Crusade.”

Now, insert the second disc of the set, featuring the films of Patrick Troughton, and once again wait for the animated rings to stop moving around his portrait on the Main Menu. Now, press the “Up” arrow key on your remote control to highlight the “Dr Who” logo at the top of the screen. Press the “Enter” key now and you will see an introduction by Frazer Hines, who plays Jamie on the show, for the episode “The Underwater Menace.”
